Who we are, what these terms cover and how they relate to the Polar online store.
"We", "us" and "our" refer to Endurance Co L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company incorporated in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Registered office: Meydan Grandstand, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. Trade Licence No. 2530968.01. Tax Registration Number (TRN) 104956324800003. We are the authorised distributor and ecommerce operator for Polar-branded products in the Gulf Cooperation Council region, excluding the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under a distribution arrangement with Polar Electro Oy, Finland.
These terms apply to your use of enduranceco.cc and its sub-pages on the same domain. They do not apply to store-ae.polar.com, polar.com, Polar Flow, or any other site you may reach by following a link from this site. enduranceco.cc is an informational website only: there are no user accounts, no checkout and no sales transactions on this domain.
If you buy a Polar product through store-ae.polar.com, that transaction is a contract between you and Endurance Co L.L.C-FZ as merchant of record under the store's separate Terms of Service, available at store-ae.polar.com/policies/terms-of-service. Nothing on enduranceco.cc constitutes an offer to sell or contract of sale.

Who owns what appears on the site, and what you may do with it.
All content on enduranceco.cc that is not identified as belonging to a third party, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, design, layout and the selection and arrangement of content, is owned by Endurance Co L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and is protected by United Arab Emirates and international intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
"Polar", "Polar Electro", the Polar logo and the names, logos, product and service identifiers of Polar products are trademarks of Polar Electro Oy and are used on this site by Endurance Co L.L.C-FZ as the authorised distributor under licence from Polar Electro Oy. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use those trademarks.
Any other product, service, brand or company names referenced on the site that are not Endurance Co's or Polar's are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view enduranceco.cc and its content on a personal device for the purposes set out under "Permitted use". You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by these terms or by applicable law.
How links to other sites work, and what we are responsible for.

Endurance Co L.L.C-FZ is the authorised distributor and ecommerce operator for Polar-branded products in the Gulf Cooperation Council region, excluding the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under a distribution arrangement with Polar Electro Oy. References on enduranceco.cc to our deployments, services or coverage of the region are made within that contractual scope. References to "the region" or to specific markets (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) are to be read in this context.
Nothing on enduranceco.cc is to be read as a representation by Endurance Co about Polar's distribution, sales or service arrangements in any market outside the territory described above.
Changes, governing law, jurisdiction and the standard miscellaneous provisions.
We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, our services, applicable law or for other operational reasons. The current version is always available at this URL with the effective date shown. Where the change is material, we will surface it on the site. Your continued use of the site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these terms is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is to be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms does not waive that or any other right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
These terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any other notices we post on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Endurance Co L.L.C-FZ regarding enduranceco.cc and supersede any earlier agreements or representations regarding the site.

You and Endurance Co L.L.C-FZ submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of enduranceco.cc.
We do not trade with or provide services to countries or persons subject to applicable sanctions (including those administered by the United Nations, the United Arab Emirates and, where relevant, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control). If you are accessing the site from a sanctioned jurisdiction, you may not use it.
