02

Information we collect, and how we use it.

enduranceco.cc is intentionally minimal. There are no accounts, no checkout and no contact forms on this domain. The data we collect, we keep tight.

Server and connection data.

When you load a page, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information needed to serve the site: your IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, time of access and the resources requested. We use this to operate and secure the site, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors and analyse aggregate traffic.

Cookies set by our hosting provider.

Our hosting and content delivery is provided by Cloudflare. Cloudflare sets a small number of essential cookies for security (such as bot management and rate limiting) and to keep the site available. These are described in the cookies section below.

Analytics and performance measurement.

We use web analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Analytics collect aggregate data about your visit: pages viewed, time on page, referring source, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this in aggregate, not to identify or build a profile of individual visitors. The cookies our analytics provider(s) set, and how to decline them, are covered in the cookies section below.

Marketing and conversion measurement.

We use advertising and conversion measurement technologies, including the Meta pixel, to measure the effectiveness of marketing activity and to verify our business properties on platforms where we operate (for example WhatsApp Business through Meta). Where these technologies set cookies or share event data with the relevant platform, you can decline non-essential cookies through our cookie banner.

Forms and lead generation.

When you submit a form on the site (a contact form, enquiry form, demo request or similar) you provide personal information such as your name, work email, company, role and the contents of your enquiry. We use this to respond, to qualify and follow up on the enquiry, to keep records of business interactions and to send you related communications where you have opted in. Form submissions are processed through our marketing and CRM platform, Klaviyo, which holds the records on our behalf.

Email marketing and newsletter.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to receive marketing emails (typically as part of submitting a form), we collect your email address and any details you provided at signup, and add you to the relevant marketing list in Klaviyo. We use this to send product news, business updates and communications relevant to the audience you opted into. Klaviyo also records whether you open emails and click links, which we use to tailor future content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every marketing email; doing so removes you from the relevant list.

Information you send us.

If you contact us by email (for example [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) or by any other channel, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, email address, the contents of your message and any attachments. We use this to respond to your enquiry, manage business correspondence and keep records as needed for tax, legal and operational purposes.

What we do not do with your information.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We do not use the data we collect to build behavioural profiles of individual visitors for advertising purposes. Where we use third-party analytics or advertising platforms, we configure them to keep data flows to the minimum necessary for the purpose.

03

Cookies and similar technologies.

What is set when you load this site, and how to control it.

Essential cookies.

Cloudflare sets cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These typically include short-lived security tokens and bot management identifiers. Without them, the site may not load reliably or may be exposed to attacks. They do not identify you personally beyond what is needed for security.

Tag management.

We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage the non-essential scripts and cookies on this site. Tag Manager itself does not set tracking cookies. It loads the tags listed below; each tag is described in our cookie banner and you can accept or decline tag categories (analytics, marketing) when you first visit and at any time afterwards via the cookie settings link in the footer.

Analytics cookies.

Set by our analytics provider via Google Tag Manager. They measure how the site is used: pages viewed, paths taken, time on page, referring source, browser and device type and approximate location derived from your IP address. Used in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use these cookies to build a profile of individual visitors. You can decline analytics cookies through our cookie banner; the site will still work.

Marketing and advertising cookies.

Set when we run marketing or conversion measurement, including the Meta pixel and similar tags loaded via Google Tag Manager. They support measuring the effectiveness of advertising on third-party platforms and verifying our business properties (for example with Meta for WhatsApp Business). Set by the relevant platform; subject to that platform's own privacy practices. You can decline these through our cookie banner.

Email marketing cookies.

If you click a link in one of our marketing emails, Klaviyo may set a cookie that identifies your subscriber record when you reach the site. This lets us tie your site activity to your subscriber record so that follow-up emails are relevant to what you looked at. You can decline this by declining marketing cookies in the banner, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

Cookie banner and changing your mind.

The first time you visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. Declining non-essential cookies does not stop you using the site.

Managing cookies in your browser.

All major browsers let you view, block or delete cookies. Look in your browser's settings, privacy section or help pages. Blocking all cookies may prevent parts of this site or other sites from working correctly.

04

How we share information.

Who we share information with, and why.

Operational service providers.

We use Cloudflare to host this site and deliver it via its global content delivery network, and standard email and IT service providers for internal correspondence and systems. These providers act on our instructions and process personal data only for purposes we authorise.

Analytics, advertising and marketing platforms.

For analytics, marketing and conversion measurement we use Google Tag Manager (to load and manage tags), the analytics service we run through it, Meta (Meta pixel for advertising and business verification, including WhatsApp Business), and Klaviyo (for form submissions, lead records and email marketing). These platforms process information about your visit, form submissions, email engagement and ad interactions both to provide services to us and, depending on each platform's terms, for their own purposes. The relevant privacy notices are linked from our cookie banner.

Polar Electro Oy.

If a product, warranty or technical question requires referral to the manufacturer, we may share the minimum information necessary to handle the matter with Polar Electro Oy in Finland. Polar's own privacy notice applies to their handling of personal data.

Legal and regulatory requirements.

We may share information where required by applicable law, court order or a lawful request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Business transfers.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation or sale of business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take steps to require the recipient to honour the commitments in this notice.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

05

Your rights and how to use them.

Depending on where you live, applicable law (including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, for visitors in scope, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation) gives you rights over personal information we hold about you.

Access.

You can ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you and to provide a copy of it.

Correction.

You can ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete.

Erasure.

You can ask us to delete personal information about you, subject to any legal grounds we have to keep it.

Restriction and objection.

You can ask us to restrict how we process your information, or object to processing, in certain circumstances.

Portability.

Where applicable, you can ask us to provide personal information you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, or to transfer it to another controller.

Withdraw consent.

Where we rely on your consent to process personal information, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Complain to a supervisory authority.

If you believe we have not handled your information lawfully, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. In the United Arab Emirates this is the UAE Data Office.

How to make a request.

Email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before we act on the request. We aim to respond within 30 days. Where the request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this period and will tell you.

06

Security, retention, transfers, children and links.

Other things you should know about how we handle personal information on this site.

Security.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No security is ever perfect; do not send sensitive personal or financial information over unencrypted channels.

Retention.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this notice, or longer where we are required to by law (for example tax records, regulatory record-keeping, or to defend legal claims).

International transfers.

Our hosting provider operates a global network and personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the UAE, including the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Where required, we use recognised legal mechanisms for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent.

Children.

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it.

We are not responsible for the content of those sites or for how they handle your information. Read their notices before sharing personal information with them.
